Swollen Ankles When Legs Are Elevated. Blood Test, Urine Test And TSH Normal. Serious Issue?

have a slightly swollen ankles, basically below the heel bone, had blood tests, urine test and TSH. everything is normal. it swelling goes down when i keep the legs elevated for about 2 hours. and in the morning it goes away. I sit for about 9 hours per day, but i take 2,3 min break every half and hour to get up from the seat. Can this be a serious issue? My GP ask me not to worry as there is nothing wrong with the test results.

Thanks for consulting
It seems to be all right. Only dependent oedema is there. So nothing to worry.
