Swollen And Tight Feet In Night And Morning, No Pain, Red Colour, Gets Cold

my toes on both of my feet feel swolled and tight at night and first thing in the morning. I have no pain and sometimes they go red in colour. It just affects the toes, not the rest of the foot . Sometimes it feels better to walk and then they don t feel so puffy. Also, they get cold at times, and there is some tingling at times too.
