Hi, Thanks for using Healthcaremagic, After going through your history, you have pre auricular lymph glands swelling possibly secondary to some infection. Commonly sore throat, mononucleosis, autoimmune causes like systemic lupus, and cancer of blood and lymph nodes. You have not mentioned your age if adult dose seems to be less, if the gland size is reduced possibly it is due to infection. It is important to know consistency of lymph nodes and also their mobility. All this can give clue to cause. It is prudent to take up an ENT check up and CT scan so that we do not miss anything. Please take care. Good Luck. Dr.Akhilesh Dubey M.D.
Hi, It seems that this problem might be due to some infection in your ear. Continue with antibiotic and complete the course. You will be alright. Ok and take care.
