Swollen And Painful Labia Majora, No Pus Discharge, Currently Menstruating
My right labia majora looks bigger than my left labia now. It hurts ti sit on it and hurt when I walk. It really hurt a lot. It swollen but I didnt noticed redness on it. It started with pimple-like and now its ball-like and protuding out.. I dont know if it has released any pus because I still have my last day of menstruation .

hi dear this is a condition called as bartholinitis. in this, glands below labia get infected and get swollen. u need to take antibiotics, and also that gland need to be drained. so please meet ur gynaecologist. dont neglect this.
