Swollen and irritated labia minora with little bumps, milky white foul smelling discharge, burning urination. Yeast infection or UTI?

Hi, one of my labia minora is kind of swollen and irritated. It has little bumps On the inside. I had burning urination and I took antibiotics . I also have a milky white discharge with a slight unpleasant odor. The labia is so uncomfortable. Do I have a yeast infection or uti? I been off.and On spotting since the beginning of August and im On depo.

Thanks for the query.

According to your description there is possibility of herpes or genital warts.
Sometimes bacterial or fungal vaginal infection can co-exist.
So you better once consult gynecologist and undergo local examination and if needed you can go fro vaginal swab for culture and sensitivity.
By these the actual cause of your problem can be find out and treatment can be given accordingly.
Your spotting could be side effect of depo, usually it will subside by its own.
If not you may need additional cover of hormones to control spotting.
