Swelling, Tenderness, Pain Over Fine Needle Aspiration Area For Cervical Lymph Node. Prescribed Augmentin And Paracetamol. Is It Serious?

I had a fine needle aspiration yesterday on my cervical lymph node , today the whole area is swollen and tender and very painful, I feel feverish. My doctor had already prescribed for me augmentin 1gram and paracetamol in case I need, I just need to know if there is any immediate danger or I can wait till tomorrow to see my doctor again as he is off duty now
