Swelling, Purplish Skin On Legs, Pain While Walking After Fire Ants Bite. What Can Be Done To Ease Pain?

My daughter was bitten by fire ants. She developed redness, swelling and whelps all over her body. I purchased Benadryl and that seemed to help greatly with the swelling and whelps, but now her feet(the infected site) are swollen and purpleish and it hurts her to walk on them or even if you barely touch them. Is there anything I can do to help ease her pain?
