hello mam, after having abrasion over forehead and black eye after trauma, swelling on second days increases due to reactionary edema. do cold compression with ice , give him analgesic like diclona-sp which reduces pain and swelling. i advise you to visit a surgeon and get proper examination done and if necessary get x ray face done to rule out any fracture. take his advise and treatment. i hope i answered your query take care
Hello, Collection of blood in the eye, subconjunctival hemorrhage is common following injury. Since you are not having any complaints related to vision no need to worry. Subconjunctival hemorrhage is common condition and it resolves completely even without treatment over a period of 3-4 weeks.
