Swelling Limbs, Stars In Eyes, Changing Blood Pressure. Is It Something Serious?

HI there, all week i have been swelling up in my feet and my hands, almost daily. I was just upstairs putting some clothes away and i saw stars in my eyes. I know that when that happened, when i was pregnant that my blood pressure might be a bit high, so i took my blood pressure and it says 130/109 and i took it fifteen minutes later and it said 134/112....should i be going to a emergency room?

your symptoms could be due to just fatigue or it may also indicate something more serious underlying cause (as you already suspect) .... though not an emergency, you must consult your family physician and investigate at the earliest. It could be high blood pressure, anemia, or something a little bit more serious.
Regards.
