Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for your query,
I understand your problem .
It could be some local infection, but I suggest you to discuss it with your mom.

You can apply some antibiotic cream like mupirocin 2 to 3 times a day.
But I suggest you to watch for a day or two only and if swelling persist you need to get examined by doctor as oral antibiotics will be needed in that case.

God Bless..

Pediatrician, Surgery Dr. Anand Sinha's  Response
Hello
Thank you for placing query on Health Care Magic
What you describe can be a variety of diagnoses. It can just be an allergic rash. It can be a small infected pustule and worse it can be a collection of pus called abscess. But it is very difficult say unless a doctor examines it. You can consult a pediatric surgeon for the same. I am sure you will be able to manage it. I would encourage you to tell your parents because it is not your fault and I don't think of any reason why they should not understand. It a problem and needs to to be properly treated. Till you consult a doctor, maintain good hygiene. You can sit in luke warm water for 10-15 min and it should soothe you. Take some analgesics.
Hope that helps
God bless you
