Hi, um earlier today I was in the bathroom and I noticed a bit of a swelling on my sack, not near the testes, more of around the leg but still on the sack, I took a closer look at it and noticed it was already pouring a sorta dark white, kinda like tan you could say, puss, I hadn t felt any pain there and after the puss and blood had dispersed there looked to be a small hole that it was all coming out of, so this leads me to believe an ingrown hair . But I am still very scared and have no idea what this is, i m not sexually active, i m still a virgin , so I don t think its an STD and the bump is not noticeable unless you touch it. Any idea what this could be and how I should treat it, yes there is still a bump even after the puss was gone.
