Swelling In Lymph Node On Groin. Tumor Removed From Anus. History Of Anal Cancer. Treatment?

ok i was diagnosed with squamous cell anal cancer three years ago and had the tumour removed but it was decided not to go for chemo as it was likely to cause more harm than good. I now have a small area on my anus same as before but i also have pain and swelling in my lymph node on the left side of my groin. I am worried my tumour is back please help

U should undergo Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology from the groin lymph node as spread of anal cancer called metastases can occur in that region.
Since u did not take chemotherapy after your operation i would also suggest u to do MRI of whole abdomen.
