Swelling in both feet after heart bypass surgery

Hi I am gayathri, my father (68) went through heart bypass surgery before a year. Now he is getting swelling in his both feet and sometimes there is difficulty in breathing. I need a cardiologist address & phone number in Thiruvarur or Kumbakonam which is nearer to us. (We are in karaikal). Can anyone help.
