Hi,
The condition you are suffering from is known as Gingivitis- Inflammation of gums. This can be treated by a dentist by getting Scaling of your teeth. Scaling of teeth removes plaque and calculus around your teeth which causes gingivitis.Scaling should be done aleast once in 6 months. Flossing your teeth once daily is important for improving the health of your gums.

hello,
welcome to health care magic,
you are suffering with swollen gums because of accumulation of plaque and calculus around your teeth. visit your dentist for scaling of teeth and use a soft tooth brush. do not apply excessive pressure while brushing your teeth. do warm saline rinses to reduce swelling in the gums.

i am sure it will help.thank you

your brushing habit of twice must have started from the day you have noticed the gum problem.. if so twice brushing will not help go get a deep scaling done and get a mouth wash for two weeks. if problem persists after then have a blood test done to check your bt ct. take care.

hi .... this problem is very common and it is termed as gingivitis . in this you will face bleeding from gums , swelling of gums, bad breadth . its very good that you brush your teeth twice daily but it should be in a proper way go to your dentist and ask him/her to teach you about brushing technique. gingivitis is mainly due to the deposits on teeth which irritates your gums and they got swelled up and starts bleeding so first of all remove the causative factor which mainly is the plaque or in general terminology deposit it can be removed by scaling ..... so get sacling done and learn from your dentist the dos n donts to maintain your oral health
