Sweaty, Cold, Clammy Hands, Diagnosed With Sinus Infection. Advise?

I was diagnosed with a sinus infection last Thursday and given an antibiotic and Claritin D. I immediately felt relief from my sinus pressure and aches once I started my medicine, but I still feel strange. I'm sweaty and have cold, clammy hands. I've never experienced this before. Do you think I should go back to the doc?

Hi,
Thanks for using healthcare magic.

I have gone through your available history.

Claritin D contains loratidine which is anti histaminic drug. It is possible that you have hypoglycemia because of claritin or antibiotics.
You can do random blood sugar to confirm.

You should increase the sugar intake or food intake so as to prevent these symptoms.

Thanks.
