Hi doctor i am 39 years old i had polio attacked one leg, I was fall in and had a fracture on the same leg before 3 months on supra condullar joint on knee and lower limb in THAI. After sugery now 6months gone. Now i am able to walking without any supports . But some time little starin in upper lim of thai. So how i strengthing my legs ans us quickley

Hi. Little strain in the part you mentioned need a very good Physiotherapist to balance the pre-existing muscle inequality enhanced by inactivity due to surgery. If Physiotherapist is not available , follow the instructions advised by your Orthopedic Surgeon.
