Sunken cheeks due to lack of sleep

Hi , i am a male 22 years old. I have a peculiar problem which is my cheeks get sunken if i do not have a good night sleep and on the contrary if i sleep well , then my cheeks look normal and both the results are immediate. Is there any way in which i can avoid getting sunken cheeks?. My weight is 67.5 and height is 5 9.Does masturbation has any effect on this? I occasionally smoke and drink . May be once in 15 days. Does this have any effect on why my cheeks get sunken ?

Hi well come to Hcm.
Neither your masturbation nor your occasional smoking or drinking has any relation
with this. Sleep less night can cause show fatigue on face and heavy ness on
eyes which is at times appreciable by others. Your description is unusual do not
think you have any illness, for you need remedy. It is your over observtion of face
that gives you this kind of feeling. Just forget it you will be ok.
