I have a large back spot on my left foot that has appeared in the last four days and is not going. My period is extremely heavy. I have vitamin b12 deficiency, folate disorder, vitamin d and calcium deficient. I also suffer with severe bile acid malabsorption. My crp markers are always raised ranging from + 16 to +35 and recent bloods have also showed I have a raised liver. I am constantly picking up bugs and always tired. Doctors are unable to tell me what s wrong other than my severe bile acid malabsorption .... Any advice
