Suggestions For Productive Cough And Breathlessness?

I am a 17 year old female, 41 kgs, 5 feet 2 inches. I ve got cough from the past 1 month, I ve tried taking medicine but of no help. Initially it was dry cough but now it has become productive cough, I kind of lose my breath at times while coughing, what do you suggest?

Thanks for your query.
The cough that cannot get out off chest always reminds us to exclude asthma. Therefor we think the following diagnosis like asthma, GERD, rhinosinusitis, medication use, eosinophilic bronchitis. You need to have following investigations immediately and send back the report to me on HCM -
1. Chest X-ray PA view
2. X-ray of paranasal sinuses
3. Spirometry with bronchodialator reversibility
4. Sputum eosinophil count
5. Absolute eosinophil count
