Suggest Weight Reduction Tips For An Osteoarthritis Patient

Weight reduction tips requierd for osteoartheritis patient.
Hello, I am 43 yrs old female with 95 kg weight. My height is 167 cm. I have osteoartheritis in most of my joines. I have started using treadmill for 30minutes per day for the past 15 days. I have a plan to use eliptical machine also. I do not know swimming. Can you please suggest me more tips to loose weight? Diet is also under control. Thank you.

I have gone through your query.Swimming is a good exercise for osteoarthritis as it is safe for joints.Treadmill if you have discomfort you should limit it.Eliptical machine is helpful also.You can do abdominal exercises by lying down which does not cause wear and tear to joint.You can also do pilates which is helpful also.Avoid high calorie diets in dinner.You can include fresh fruits and vegetables in dinner and take dinner early.Take a protein rich breakfast and don't skip breakfast.Hope this may help you.
