I am 24 and my weight is 64Kgs. I am 5.2 . I look over weight and my body looks shape less due to this over weight. I am fond of Rice and would like to have the same for dinner and lunch ...Please suggest me a Simple weight loss program to make my weight an ideal one.

Hi,
It's a wise decision to choose a healthy lifestyle.
In order to loose excess weight, I would suggest you to do brisk walking for 30 mins everyday and then increase the intensity. Stretching exercises will also help and improve your flexibility. Cut down on bakery items and eat more of fresh fruits and salads.
