I need to do this as quickly as possible. As my husband wants me out of home because my life has become so unmanageable. I am forgetten how to function. I forget to wash/shower. Do laundry. Clean up. Etc. This last while I stop in mid sentence I have forgotten words. I lose the words in my head. Please advice I realise you have really sick people but just need direct. Regards

It would be difficult for you to quit by yourself given your long standing history of addiction since the relapse rate is quite high. I would advise you to join a de addiction and counselling centre in your locality if possible.
Please consult a psychiatrist also.
It has been seen that group therapy and interaction with people who themselves have managed to break away from their addiction can greatly improve your chances of recovery.
