Suggest Ways To Terminate Pregnancy

i had sex on 14th september and my periods dates is on 24th september and it was a unprotected sex . yesterday i eat papaya and suddenly at night my stomach pain alot . so please tell me what to do and how to confirm pregrancy and if positive then who to avoid pregrancy like any pills ??

Pregnancy is not possible if you had your period already after unprotected sex.The symptoms you present could be caused by digestive disorders like infection or food poisoning.I will suggest you just stay calm and observe.If symptoms persist, you take an anti-spasmodic pain drug like spasfon and see the Doctor for evaluation and a stool exam/culture.
You may still get a home pregnancy test kit and run the test for reassurance.If positive, you see your Doctor for safe ways to terminate pregnancy in the first trimester.He may propose misoprostol or misoprostol-mefipristone combination and follow you up.
