Suggest ways to rule out transverse myelitis

Hi, my name is Brianna, I had transverse myelitis may of 2016. I have fully recovered except a few sensation issues as far as telling hot or cold in one leg. I recently found out I was pregnant and am seeing a midwife but was asked to see a high risk doctor. What kind of information can you give me on my situation?

I have psoriatic arthritis and was currently diagnosed with transverse myelitis. 3 months ago, I had been ill with bronchitis/pneumonia and was laid up in bed for 3 weeks. during the first week of being ill, I had developed a numbness and tingling sensation down the right side of my body. the sensation has not changed nor does it hurt, just feels like everything fell asleep and wont wake up. It has been 3 months and the symptoms have not changed. Before my illness 3 months ago, I was pretty active at the gym from cardio workouts to weight lifting for an average of 2 hrs. a day, five days a week. I have started back to the gym trying to do my workouts, but am unable to lift weights on my right side yet. Any suggestions or recommendations on types of exercises I may do to keep the strength and muscles in my body?

I have had elevated AST, ALT for a few years. Was made aware of it while on methotrexate therapy. I have not been on any meds at all for the past couple years. My AST/ALT remain high. Test from last week came back w/AST/ALT 180... Rheumatologist is referring me to as Gastro for a liver biopsy. In the last 3 years I have been diagnosed with Relapsing Transverse Myelitis. My tests for hepatitis have come back negative but rheumy wants to know if its autoimmune liver disease... Do ultrasounds, mri s or car scans rule out or rule in a specific liver disease or is a biopsy the only way? Will Imuran help the liver disease and the RTM?
