Suggest ways to regularise high blood pressure

I never had problems with my blood pressure but lately its been elevated and I m not sure how to proceed. For the past week now my blood pressure has been really high it started at 153/115 then I had an out patient surgery done on Wednesday and they were concerned with it but since then I ve been feeling really tired and not myself and kinda just laying around and I was out running errands and it felt like someone was sitting in my chest so I went by cvs and had it checked out and it read 173/111 I immediately went home to get some rest. So the next day I went a brought a blood pressure monitor to monitor it because I was just not myself still and all day it has been ranging from 169/112-185/115 which was my last reading but a few times spiked to 205/126. Its 4am I don t know what to do, my husband just left for work and my home with 4 kids. Is this something I need to worry about now... or can it wait until the morning...

Hello,

You can weight until morning but you have to control it recently . Use diuritics such furosemide or hydrochlorothiazide to bring it back to normal.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
