Suggest ways to quit smoking

I have smoked off and on for many years. I ve gone thru the Shick program several years ago and was able to quit for 13 years, then had a situation that stressed me out and started smoking, a puff off of someone else s cig, and pretty soon, as we all know it will, I was paying smokers at restaurants a buck for a cig, because I knew if I bought a whole pack I d smoke them all. Now I m told I have a spot on my lung, and I have COPD with only 1/3rd of lung capacity, and the doctors don t to administer anesthesia for the biopsy that is needed. I just need to quit smoking, even a puff now and then. For my life I need it. Evelyn Talada
