hi,im 21 years old,im 4ft11 and weigh over 12 stone, my bmi is 33 and should be only 25, i have had 3 children quickly and close together, i feel so embarassed of my body, i get undressed in the dark or in private, i go bed fully clothed, i dont let my partner or anyone see my body, iv tried everything, diets,tablets, i walk everyday, i dont want to die young because of this, nor do i want the health problems of being fat and ugly, im so embarassed, i shouldnt look like this, please help me, i want a tummy tuck, please help.

Thank you for posting your question. I can understand your concern.
Don't panic . I will certainly help you out. There is nothing to feel embarrassed. Accept the fact that some of us have a slower rate of metabolism and so fat accumulates pretty easily. So we have to work out a bit more than others to make us fit and strong. Let's start.

There are 2 parts :
a) Diet
b) Physical exercise

Coming to the diet part .
Try to maintain a balanced diet with cereals , proteins ,vegetables . Even a little oil and fat is also required. Try to eat around 4-5 fruits a day. Keep away from fried food , soft drinks . Have small meals at regular intervals.Drink loads of water. That's all about the diet.

Secondly you must add to this physical exercise and cardio workouts like walking and jogging. Walk for at least 40 minutes a day.

Follow this routine for 6 months. Please stick to it .
