Hi I have been trying to loose weight for 3 months now and I have not lost any I have been doing fast walks with a friend 2 hours a day sometimes we add some jogging in it I have been on a diet and eating healthy but it's not comming off I asked my doctor if I can have germaine but he won't let me please help what can I do to loose the weight
