Suggest Ways To Lose Weight

Hi I have been trying to loose weight for 3 months now and I have not lost any I have been doing fast walks with a friend 2 hours a day sometimes we add some jogging in it I have been on a diet and eating healthy but it's not comming off I asked my doctor if I can have germaine but he won't let me please help what can I do to loose the weight

there is only one equation to weight that is
7000Cal
7000 cal = 1 kg
the day you achieve a deficit you loose and day you accumulate excess you gain.
please keep at it it's a very long process, count calories and eat and eat healthy exercise
you have not mentioned your height and weight so how much you really need to loose cannot be ascertained
