Suggest Ways To Lighten The Dark Spots Around The Nose, Upper Lips And Cheeks
Hello i m shaveta. 28 years old.i hve dark spots blemishes over my nose ,upper lips cheeks. I tried powerpeel chemical peel. Bt no results. Now i m applying kojiglow cream as recommended by doctor. Bt still its getting darker nd increasing on my face. Can u please help me out. What should i do. I know it can t disappear bt at least it gets lighten nd ll not increase.
As per your query you have dark spots around the nose, upper lips and cheeks which is very common due to increased melanin synthesis by melanocytes.
I would suggest you to apply combination of clindamycin gel during day time and adapalene gel at night time. You should exfoliate your face twice a week specially with non comedogenic exfoliant. You should avoid use of any hard cosmetics on face. If condition doesn't get well then consult dermatologist for proper checkup and to rule out any underlying disease . Doctor may prescribe chemical peeling, microabrasion and dermabrasion as well.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari, Dentist
