I m 24 yrs old, 5 ft 5 inches tall and I weigh only 49 KGs. I have tried a lot to gain weight like Gym. Although I have always ate well, I have been thin since childhood. Can u please advice me some way to gain weight and some muscles and a stuffed face. My weight has been always been in range 46 to 49 for the last 4 yrs.I gain hardly 1/2 kg after 2 weeks efforts but If I quit, again I loose weight quickly to return to the mentioned range.
Dear friend .. greetings .. you are gifted to be bit under weight ... bit less than normal !!!! there are so many problems of being over weight ... dont try to put on weight with compulsion ... You try to take good nutritious food .. including egg/chicken/fish... green leafy vegetables and sprouts ... do take more of proteins as you are working out in gym... dont use any supplements / drugs to gain weight in short cut dring lots of milk and with some vitamin / protein powders ...donot worry to be under weight.. you will gain weight slowly as you grow older ... it is the age when your vertical growth slows down and now on surely you will gain bit of weight ...do contact us for more queries .... thank you
