Suggest Ways To Handle Depression

My name is Jessica Hubbert am a student in year 5. A lot of the time i have trouble doing the most simple things! A lot of the time i feel incredibly sad and down. I absolutely always feel like i have no one to speak to which makes my problems become worse. At school i do not have many friends and find it hard to make friends fast because of previous friend difficulties. I have been taking many depression tests over the internet and all of them have said i have severe depression. I am concerned but am to scared to talk to my family members! PLEASE HELP ME get rid of this never ending trapped feeling!!!

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. You are an young girl. There is no reason for you to feel like this. You are supposed to be jovial and full of wits. Your duty is simply to play and learn. But, here, you are thinking too much. Thinking if it is negative, it is called obsession. Obsessive thinking is due to wrong attitude. There is no way you are clinically depressive at this age. You should not worry about internet based depression tests because once you decide that you are depressive, you will answer those questions in that way and surely that test will tag you as severely depressive. Best option is to consult a psychologist for counseling.

If you still need my assistance in this regard, please use this link. http://goo.gl/aYW2pR. Please remember to describe the whole problem with full detail.

Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
