i am facing a big problem...I am having short temper.without no reason i became angry and it takes a long time to came back to the normal mind...how i get a solution to this problem...what can i do?

I am sorry to hear about this anger management difficulties. It is rather unfortunate that you get easily angered. You should always be forgiving when others do something wrong. Also, do not expect so much from people and try to keep away from scenes that may potentially drive you nuts. Avoid letting others behavior to have an impact on you because you can only control yourself and not others. If these prove unhelpful, consult a psychiatrist for some sessions of cognitive behavioral therapy.
