Suggest Ways To Get Normal Skin Around Fingers After Stopping Nailbiting

Hello. I have been biting skin around my nails for long time and I m still doing that but I m trying hard to get rid of that habit. I just want to know how my fingers are going to look like after I stop biting them. I ve read that skin around nails becomes thick and stuff like that and it stays forever. I just want my normal skin to comeback. How can I get my normal skin? Is there any specific way to take care of skin after I stop biting, I think that biting called dermatophagia? Just help me to get my normal skin on my fingers, please. Thanks.

Hello
I appreciate your concern
You should apply good moisturiser keep it moist and clean.
In addition to that you should take multivitamin supplements.
Wah your hands with antiseptic soap or solution and keep it clean
Don't attempt to bite it again.

Hope this helps you
