HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

BMI (body mass index) determines if a persons weight is too little, too much or normal for their height.

There are BMI online calculators that you can use to check your BMI. You would have to be careful not to go over the normal BMI.

The nutrigain may help you, you can consider trying to see if it has an effect.

Make sure you speak to your doctor to ensure there are no interactions with any drugs that you are using.

In addition you can consider: (1) increasing the frequency of your meals by adding snacks between main meals
(2)increasing portion sizes if possible
(3)adding condiments and dressings to meals to increase calorie value
(4)reducing any physical activity that might cause weight loss

I hope this helps
