Hi, My LPD was on 8th Oct. I have irregular MC from Aug 23 2015, Before that the cycle was quite normal, however it could go 5 days after or prior. Now I am trying to conceive. some of my ultra sound scan says I have PCOD. Ive visited Doc and she has advised Siphene and duphaston. Are there any side effects by taking these?? Can I get rid of PCOD prob if these tabs are consumed?

As per your history is concerned you are taking siphene which contains clomiphene and drug duphaston contains dydrogesterone.Thease are first line drugs to treat infertility patients.Y ou also need lifestyle modifications like regular exercise and try to loose weight if obese.U se celofem in place of siphene.Because celofem contains letrozole.Try with medicines first if you need quick then do drilling ovary which is a laparoscopy procedure. Thanks
