Suggest Ways To Avoid Pregnancy While On Petogen Injection

Hi, im on petogen 150g for 3 years now. My due date was the 29 march and i missed it. I had unprotected sex the 9 April and went for my injection the 10 April can i be pregnant as i asked the nurse if i should take the morning after pill and she said i am still safe. I do not want to be pregnant please help.

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I have read your description and understand your concern.
The very fact that you have taken injection after due date puts you at risk for becoming pregnant, especially when you have unprotected intercourse during this time.
It is advisable to take morning after pill in such circumstances to be in the safer side.
Also, it is suggested to use other methods of contraception like condoms and spermicidal agents until 3 weeks after the injection during such circumstances as you will be at risk for becoming pregnant.
