Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood your difficulty. If you do not wish to retain the pregnancy, you can get an induced medical abortion done under the supervision of a specialist. Please get a clinical exam, followed by a trans-vaginal sonogram to locate the gestation sac and the age of the pregnancy, get blood counts and urinalysis and if everything is fine, go for the abortion. The whole process takes 2-3 days. Follow up is to be done after two weeks which includes a follow up sonogram to ensure completion of the process. Follow this with regular contraception util you wish for another pregnancy. Take care.

Hello dear
Understand your concern.
You have to consult the gynecologist for abortion of early pregnancy as procedure required supervision and guidance. Pelvic examination and USG is required before using pill to confirm the uterine pregnancy and gestational age of pregnancy. You should buy gynecologist prescribed MTP kit. It contain mifeprstone and misoprostol. Oral mifepristone 200 mg followed by 400 mcg misoprostol vaginally after 48 hours. Extra 200 ug after 4 hour if required. Do not use this medicine by self as it causes serious complication in some case that require emergency treatment. If you have alarming symptoms like prolonged (> 7 days) and excessive bleeding (> 2 pads/hour for 2 consecutive hour), vaginal discharge, chills and fever, consult the gynecologist immediately. For safe practice, USG should be done after 14 days to prevent complication
Hope this may help you
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
