Suggest Ways To Abort A Child At Second Trimister

I have 4months and a half pregnancy, and the baby is not a desired one because i am only 22 years old and this was a result of rape. My question is can I still go through abortion? They told me there was two ways cesary and the other one was pre delivery or something like this. I am not from the US I'm peruvian. thank you.

Understand your concern
You have to abort the baby in certified hospital under the experienced gynecologist. Confirm intrauterine pregnancy by USG scan before the abortion. As your pregnancy is between 12-20 week following methods can be used for abortion.

Surgical process: suction evacuation

By using drugs:
1. Vaginal route: misoprostol 200-400 ug every 3 hourly.

2. extramnionic injections- ethracridine lactate and prostaglandins
3. Intramnionic injections - hypertonic saline, ethracridine lactate,
prostaglandins

In surgerical process chance of bledding is less and it is effective.
