Hi, I am 45 K.g and constantly loosing weight, my eating habits are poor and I have no idea how/when and what to eat to increase weight, I want to increase 30 k.g in about 4 months. I am male 23 years Blood Cholesterol is zero got is tested 10 months ago I was 42 then. In these past 10 months I gained 9 K.g and then instantly lost 6 K.g in 4 months
According to your age weight is too low. U need to gain muscle mass not fat. Have healthy protein rich diet. With good minerals and vitamins. Have sprouts in morning breakfast often. Take milk twice a day. Include curds and buttermilk for your lunch .have Dal's for lunch and dinner. Take salads.take fruits twice a day.have 4-5 almonds and 1 walnut daily. Take soya products. If eggetraian take egg whites daily. Have small and frequent meals walk 40-45 mins daily. Include green leafy vegetables daily. Have all meals never skip your meal. With your height weight and age and diet routine consult dietitian for diet counseling.
