Suggest Ways Of Having Safe Sexual Intercourse

Hello Doctor,
I am married two months back. I am cumming out at the climax and thought this would prevent unwanted pregnancy but my wife got +ve in the pregnancy test. We are going for very early stage abortion. Please suggest me some safe sex methods. Couple of times I used condoms but my wife complained that the friction is high. In what way I should proceed?

Hi
I understand your concern.
You haven't mentioned about your duration of marriage or number of kids etc.
If not conceived and recently married I would suggest low dose oral contraceptive pills. They are very safe. But before starting you should consult a gynaecologist and get an examination done.
If having kids I would recommend copper T insertion.
So please feel free to ask again in detail.we will help you.If not consult a gynaecologist. Hope my answer helps you. Regards
