Suggest Ways For Faster Conception While On Siphene And Pregcert

Hello sir/madam, I m 26years old n trying for a baby since five months but till now I have not received any good result and also consulted a doctor n she asked me to take siphene tablet n pregcert 200 mg tablet.i have taken that tablet last month but there is no result this time also and blood test and scanning report shows everything is normal but I m not conceived. Can u please help me regarding this

Thanks for your question. I do understand your pain and discomfort. I have seen many cases with similar complaints. Please find my advice below-:
1)First stop all symptomatic drugs ,go for pathological causes
2)Do a pelvic ultrasound through trasvaginal route to ruled out uterine fibroids,vaginal cysts ,& pelvic inflammatory diseases
3)Do a full blood count with differential,Fasting blood sugar & TSH
4)Everyday check vaginal discharge if required do a thorough clinical examination by your local doctors.
5)Do Gal beta1-3GalNAc,CCR1 mRNA & Diagnostic laparoscopy to confirm endometriosis.
Do all these tests and you will be able to know the causes of lack of conceiving .
