Hi,

Height is genetically inherited. However, there are some factors like hormones, vitamins, minerals may affect to some extent. Seeing his age, there are lot of time for his growth lengthwise. So, there is no need to worry. Consult the paediatrician for general check up to rule out any internal disease.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
