Psychiatrist 's  Response
Dear Arthi.

From what you have mentioned, it seems that you are under stress and that is leading you your frequent crying. It is quite possible that you may be suffering from a depressive episode.

I would suggest that you should consult a psychiatrist fro complete evaluation of your condition. Your depression can be treated effectively with anti-depressant medications like escitalopram. In addition you should start exercising daily, which will help you relax and feel better. discussing your emotions and whatever is running through your head with someone close will help you feel lighter as well.

I do hope that i was able to answer your query. Best wishes for a speedy recovery.
