Suggest Treatments For Vertigo

I have suddenly been diagnosed with vertigo problem. I am working in a Bank and use lots of computer. My BP and ECG both normal. Have been diagnosed with C4 - C7 cervical spondilytis. Took a 10 day course of vertigin and sturgeon. What can be done abt my vertigo ? or any other medication

Hi,

You were on a good medicine, vertigo usually went away in 4 - 5 days. Other than this just maintain your posture and don't bent or turn your head suddenly and to extreme level. There are some exercises under Vertigo Rehabilitation Therapy which helps your body to back to normal faster.
