Yes, thank you. I have trigger finger in my thumb and my middle finger. I got two steroid injections two days ago. My doctor said to tape the joints on the affected fingers to keep from bending them, I have forgotten how long i have to do this and how soon I can bend my fingers. I can t get in touch with the doctor so what do you think?
