For painful menstroition tablet FLEXIN is the drug of choice. For painful lump u should use antibiotics of broad spectrum like Valosef (cephradin) but u should go for surgery if not treated by medicine

Pain during menstruation is called dysmenorrhea.
Dysmenorrhea is commonly experienced during normal menstrual cycles in majority of females.
You need to take mefenamic acid preparation or anti-spasmodic to control the pain.
The hard painful lump in the groin area could be due to a lymph node enlargement.
You need to consult your doctor for clinical examination of the lump.
An aspiration cytology of the lump may be required.
This investigation samples the cells from the lesion with a needle.
The cells are spread on a clean slide and stained.
The stained cells are examined to know the nature and character of the lesion.
Further management can be planned after knowing the result of the investigation.
