Suggest Treatments For Obstructive Sleep Apnea

Dear Doctor,
My fiance is suffering from obstructive sleep apnea, as per his doctor says. He mainlys suffers from severe headaches during the day which force him to sleep the moment they are induced. Also, he is not able to sleep for more than 3 hours per night. He just cannot fall asleep. The most recent symptom includes severe backaches. His stress levels can be described as high owing to work and other pressures. Could you please tell me what is happening to him? Is his condition curable? Is he going to die?

The best treatment is the use of cpap machine during sleep.. It helps in improving sleep and symptomatic improvement is seen..
Depending on the severity measures like weight reduction may help.
Also maintain proper sleep hygiene techniques..
Sleep disturbance had effects on various organs of the body.. Hence proper evaluation n treatment will help..
