Suggest Treatments For Heroin Addiction

Dr. Phil, I have 2 adult nieces & 2 adult nephews they are all on heroin.I don t know how I can help them or whaat to do .I know out of the 4 of them I am someday going to get a phone call.What makes it worse is that my 2 nephews Shane has 1 daughter B. has 2 sons &1 daughter.My 2 nieces Michelle has 1 daughter,m other niece Stephanie has 1 daughter &2 sons &she is pregnant again .She has custody of none of her children infact none of them do. My question is how can I help them I have no authority.Please Help To Help Them Thank You

2. Treatment of withdrawal symptoms.
3. motivational counseling and rehabilitation.
4. maintenance if abstinence.
