Suggest Treatments For Erectile Dysfunction

I have been masturbating for more than 11years now and I am 32. But I have come to realize that I am having weak erection and my penis is not that strong anymore like it use to be during my youth age. Sometimes if I want to have normal sex I hardly gain erection. Please what can I do? I need help

Erectile dysfunction is often psychological origin and it may become alright after sometime. Psychological stress may aggravate it. Hence please avoid stress. It can be also very well treated with certain drugs. Tablet. sildenafil 25-50 mg taken 2-3 hours before intercourse usually produces satisfactory erection. Though the drug is safe on long term use also,it should be avoided if you are also taking nitrate tablet for chest pain; in such a situation there may be heavy fall of BP and heart attack can occur.
