Hi,

Noted a short history about your 5 ear old daughter, pain and discharge from right ear, failed hearing test done by a Nurse in School and also have pain in abdomen.
There are 2 issues and may not be interconnected.
The first is about discharge and pain from ear with reduced hearing.
The commonest causes are Eustachian tube dysfunction, adenoid infection or enlargement, glue ear and so on.
Hence it would be better to get an appointment of an ENT Surgeon for proper clinical evaluation, examination and management.
Firstly she will need a course of an antibiotic, anti-inflammatory medicines and decongestant.
Audiometry at proper centre to know how much is the reduction in hearing.
Further investigations for mastoid, adenoids as per the choice of the Doctor.
As for pain in abdomen the commonest causes at the age of 5 years can be worms, enlarged abdominal lymph nodes, colitis, enteritis and so on.
This can be diagnosed well by tests of stool, blood and Ultrasound, CT scan reserved only if needed.
The management of both the problems will be as per the findings.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
